We are looking to hire new staff to support our growth.   • The Transformative-wide refer-a-friend program is open to employees and non-employees alike
  • Be the first to refer a friend who does not already work for Fallon, LifeLine or Stewart's and gets hired full time by any Transformative company and you stand to gain substantial referral bonuses:
    • For Employees: $1500 for Medics, $1000 for EMTs, $250 for Chair van drivers, $160 for seasonal
    • For Non-Employees: $750 for Medics, $500 for EMTs, $125 for Chair van drivers, $80 for seasonal
    • If hired part time (at least 2 shifts but less than 36 hours per week) referral bonuses are paid out at half the full timer rates described above
    • Per-diem roles and referrals of people who have worked at a Transformative Healthcare company in the previous 24 months are not eligible
    • Referral bonuses are paid out in 2 equal  installments after 3 and 6 months of service. Bonuses for seasonal hires are paid 100% upon completion of the employee's orientation. Employees who refer candidates must remain employed to receive payments
  • The candidate you refer may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus as described below. Availability of sign-on bonuses varies by role and location and changes from time to time based upon our evolving hiring needs. Please check our main careers page for current availability
  • To be eligible for a referral bonus you must follow this process
    • Referrer (you) must submit the referral using the "Register Your Referral" button below. All referrals expire after 60 days so make sure your friend is ready to apply!
    • Referee (the candidate) must submit a short application naming you as the person who referred them using the "Referee: Submit Job Application" button/link below. Please share this special application form url with your friend so you can get credit!

WHY A SEPARATE NEW HAMPSHIRE DIVISION?

  • Stewart's has provided 911 and IFT services for 40 years and LifeLine has invested and grown over the last 10 years to become the largest provider of intra-facility transports in the state. Collectively we serve 9 municipalities, 27 hospitals and 37 nursing facilities 
  • The newly expanded NH leadership team has a single minded focus on serving New Hampshire’s EMS needs recognizing that needs and expectations for EMS can be quite different between states and in more rural vs urban areas. Our goal is to tailor what we do to fit New Hampshire's unique needs like a glove

  • Given our already substantial presence serving the seacoast region of New Hampshire acquiring the former American Ambulance Service - now operating under the Stewart's brand - was a natural next step in our growth strategy
  • The addition of the American team brought with it several important 911 and Hospital contracts leaving Transformative the dominant provider of EMS throughout the New Hampshire Seacoast and also southern Maine
  • This also serves as a natural jumping off point for our rapid expansion up through the Portland ME market and beyond

CURRENT SIGN-ON BONUS OPPORTUNITIES
  • Candidates for some roles in some locations are eligible for a generous sign-on bonus
  • If hired part time (at least 2 shifts but less than 36 hours per week) sign-on bonuses are paid at half the full timer rates shown in the table below. Seasonal and perdiem roles are not eligible
